As a part of the larger ‘Data Services’ Program, you’ll take on a leadership role to understand and progress strategic projects that build data capabilities across Kiwibank that provide real business value. You’ll develop user stories, translate strategy and business needs into project deliverables, and connect teams into the programme to ensure customer and business needs drive decisions.

Working closely with Leads, Technology, and Product Managers, you’ll support change adoption, UAT testing, and ensure solutions reflect Kiwibank’s purpose and values.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following :

Strong experience within a data specialization such as Data Management, Analytics, Architecture, Engineering, Governance or Data Quality.

Management, product management or team leadership experience.

Proven track record in cross-functional delivery teams.

Confidence in stakeholder management and influencing for performance.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships.

A commercially astute, resilient, and adaptable approach, always striving for continuous improvement.

A team-focused mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and complex environment.
