Who are you?

You have proven experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering transformation initiatives You have extensive knowledge of change management principles and practices You are flexible and willing to travel to Christchurch to support our enterprise-wide initiatives You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations.
