The Clean Albany 2022 Limited provides quality cleaning services, offering cleaning and a complete range of vehicle care solutions. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in the Auckland region . This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all vehicle cleaning services are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and individual clients through regular communication and support.
- Understand client needs and ensure cleaning and detailing services meet agreed standards and timeframes.
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients across multiple sites.
- Supervise service delivery to maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to ensure smooth, consistent operations.
- Work closely with supervisors and staff to ensure the timely completion of all jobs.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff to support consistent service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and encourage team development through regular feedback and guidance.
- Manage staff rosters to maintain adequate coverage during busy periods.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, service outcomes, and incident reports.
- Prepare service performance reports and assist management in identifying areas for improvement.
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $30 to $37 per hour.
Other Important requirements :
A minimum of two years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Arts / Management / Hospitality.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and supervise service operations when required.Availability to work on weekends as needed.Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards.Proactive, hardworking, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
