• The Opportunity :
• As our Authorised Dealer Channel Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Customer & Operations division around the authorised dealer channel performance. Ensuring delivery of channel profitability, location growth, customer service (NPS) and TNC results across Smith&Smith Authorised Dealers through execution of strategies and plans developed with the Customer and Operations team and executed with Area Managers.This role will also act as key support to the Business Operations Performance Manager in executing the strategic plan across Authorised Dealers and will involve close collaboration with the National Operations Manager and Area Managers to ensure ongoing performance of the channel and the implementation of strategic activities.Essential to our success is highly effective inspiring leaders, a collaborative and values-driven culture, and becoming a truly “Purpose Led and Purposeful” organisation.

• What we’re looking for :
• Trade certified with 4 - 5 years management experience.
• Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.
• Motivated by a drive for business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in building successful and sustainable relationships.
• Solution focused, responsive, able to demonstrate initiative.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have complete, unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
