About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support real estate agents and handle front-of-house responsibilities. This position involves managing documentation, coordinating deal processing, and providing vital administrative support within a lively office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales documentation and legal agreements
  • Coordinate deal processing and deposit receipts
  • Maintain databases and track sales activity
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors, purchasers, and stakeholders
  • Support agents with daily admin tasks
  • Assist with marketing admin and general office support
