This role is responsible for developing and refining valuation methodologies, validating models and data sources, and resolving discrepancies to uphold the integrity and accuracy of valuation outcomes.

It plays a key part in mentoring valuation teams, driving continuous improvement, and implementing automated and streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.

The role also ensures compliance with relevant legislation, manages valuation-related risks, and maintains robust documentation and audit trails.
