About The Role

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, we are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for the effective credit risk management across all our Australasia customers, which includes :

• Credit Control and Collections
• Maximise recovery of outstanding amounts
• Referring aged debt to our Outside Collection Agencies
• Resolving general customer queries within SLA's
• Provide analysis and reporting as required
• Manage appropriate customer communication
• Assist the team in the credit assessment process

About You

This opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in credit control or collections, you will be results focused and enjoy problem solving. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently if required. The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude!
