Job Description

As an Assistant Programme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the Rise then Shine (Morning) and Stay and Play (Afternoon) sessions  unforgettable for children. You’ll be working a minimum of6 hours per week rostered across Monday to Friday primarily at Bucklands Beach but will be called upon to support nearby sites with potential school holiday programme hours available.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
