Job Description

As a Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and afternoons unforgettable for our tamariki. You'll be contract to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, mainly during our before school (7am - 8.30am) programmes & after school programmes (2.30pm - 6pm), Monday to Friday. School Holiday Programmes hours are available as well for this role (between 7am - 6pm). Location : Macleans Primary School, Howick.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
