Job Description

As an Assistant Programme Manager , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings & afternoons unforgettable for children. This role has a minimum contracted hours of 10 per week. You’ll be working mainly around the After school hours (2.45pm - 5pm) with some before school shifts when required (7am - 8.30am). The role is located in Papatoetoe Central.

Here’s what you’ll be up to

• Bring the fun! Supervise and support tamariki through a mix of exciting, safe activities every day
• Team up with your Programme Manager to run awesome sessions that keep kids buzzing with energy
• Be the extra set of eyes and ears – spotting any wellbeing, behaviour, or safety hiccups and making sure everyone feels supported
• Connect with parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive
• Be a team player – jump in to help your crew and make the programme run smoothly
