What you’ll be doing
Developing and implementing the hotel’s commercial strategy to optimise revenue and profitability.
Overseeing the sales and marketing and to ensure the hotel meets its commercial objectives.
Drive corporate, leisure, MICE, and group sales strategies.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborating with departments to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of the commercial strategy.
Providing strategic guidance and leadership to the commercial team to drive continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the hotel industry, including pricing, revenue management, and distribution channel.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
