Thinkerbell is looking for amazing freelance Thinkers (Senior Account Manager) to join our team of Thinkers and Tinkers in Auckland.

What the hell is a Thinker?

We're glad you asked.

A Thinker is a strategy-account-servicey type of person who often comes from a background of adland, media agency, brand strategy, earned, or the coffee shop down the road, but is really, really smart.

They ask a lot of questions and listen very carefully for the answers.

They're problem solvers and punctual, and know how to drive business results.

They can manage processes and are business minded and they know how to get shit done.

As a Thinker at your level, you will help deliver a range of ambitious and innovative projects for our clients, focusing on brand-led ideas that push the boundaries of strategy and creativity, from insight to execution.

You will be naturally inquisitive with strong attention to detail and enjoy working alongside a Tinker and within a squad to get shit done.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with your clients, campaign implementation and sound financial management.

You'll be solutions oriented and not afraid to have an opinion.

You'll have three big things to do :

BRAND AND CREATIVE STRATEGY

You'll help support your squad in the development of brand strategy and creative ideas that build our client's brands and help change behaviours.

You'll work closely with your Tinker, having an active voice throughout the ideation process and ensuring everything is executed to the highest standard with cross-functional collaboration at the core.

You are curious and eager to learn from more Senior Thinkers, asking questions and building on your knowledge base.

PROJECT LEADERSHIP

You have sound project management skills and know our Measured Mapping process like the back of your hand.

You proactively keep your squads and stakeholders updated and understand the importance of accurate and timely record keeping and financial management.

INTEGRATION AND COLLABORATION

You know your client's business inside out and understand the challenges they face and their competitive set, heck you even know their favourite coffee order and birthday.

You help our squads function as an extension of their team, and are tight with your Tinker.

You aren't afraid to challenge and push the boundaries when required to help our clients find exceptional creative solutions that help build their businesses.
