About the role

People & Culture is focused on enhancing HR technology to improve service delivery and employee experience. We manage three core applications : SnapHire Applicant Tracking, ServiceNow HRSD, and TechnologyOne HR / Payroll. The position involves cross‑application development, ensuring resilience, and delivering user‑friendly automation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve people experience (UX) and re‑engineer processes.
• Support automation, integration, and reporting across the HR lifecycle.
• Configure applications, perform end‑to‑end testing, and manage upgrades.
• Lead small cross‑functional projects and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Support user adoption and contribute to change‑management activities.

About you

You are an experienced HR technology professional who can engage stakeholders across a large, complex organization, drive efficiency, and improve user experience. You can explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
