We have three key applications in our technology stack : SnapHire Applicant Tracking, ServiceNow HRSD and TechnologyOne HR / Payroll.
These applications enable our HR and payroll processes from hire to retire.
In this role, you are encouraged to develop capability across more than one application, ensuring resilience within the team and creating variety in the work we deliver.
Your key responsibilities will be :
Working with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into actionable work plans, whilst also managing expectations
Continuously looking for opportunities to improve our people experience (UX)
Re-engineering processes and supporting automation, integration and reporting across HR Lifecycle process
Configuring applications, performing end-to-end testing and managing upgrades
Leading small cross-functional projects and delivering agreed outcomes
Supporting user adoption and contributing to change management activities
You'll be experienced in supporting HR Technology and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders across a large, complex organisation.
You naturally drive efficiency, improve user experience, and seek out opportunities for enhancement in everything you work on.
You're capable of "talking techy" when needed, while also explaining concepts clearly to non-technical users.
You will bring :
At least five years' functional experience working with HR and Payroll technology
Experience supporting (not simply using) TechnologyOne, SnapHire and / or ServiceNow, ideally, experience in TechnologyOne Payroll / HR (or a similar ERP application)
Strong understanding of HR processes, attention to detail, data structures and system integrations
Experience with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., AnalyticsPower BI or equivalent)
A 'can do' attitude, adaptability and willingness to lean in, pivot quickly and deliver high-quality work
We are, in essence, seeking a well-rounded HR Systems professional, and yes – we're asking for a 'Jack of all Trades' – someone confident in their technical capability, comfortable working across multiple platforms, personable and keen to continually learn and adapt.
