We have three key applications in our technology stack : SnapHire Applicant Tracking, ServiceNow HRSD and TechnologyOne HR / Payroll. These applications enable our HR and payroll processes from hire to retire. In this role, you are encouraged to develop capability across more than one application, ensuring resilience within the team and creating variety in the work we deliver.
Your key responsibilities will be :
You’ll be experienced in supporting HR Technology and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders across a large, complex organisation. You naturally drive efficiency, improve user experience, and seek out opportunities for enhancement in everything you work on. You’re capable of “talking techy” when needed, while also explaining concepts clearly to non-technical users.
