HR Technology and Reporting Analyst, Auckland CBD

About the role
People & Culture is focused on enhancing HR technology to improve service delivery and employee experience.
We manage three core applications : SnapHire Applicant Tracking, ServiceNow HRSD, and TechnologyOne HR / Payroll.
The position involves cross-application development, ensuring resilience, and delivering user-friendly automation.
Your Key Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into action plans.
Identify opportunities to improve people experience (UX) and re-engineer processes.
Support automation, integration, and reporting across the HR lifecycle.
Configure applications, perform end-to-end testing, and manage upgrades.
Lead small cross-functional projects and deliver agreed outcomes.
Support user adoption and contribute to change-management activities.
About you
You are an experienced HR technology professional who can engage stakeholders across a large, complex organization, drive efficiency, and improve user experience.
You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
You Will Bring
At least five years of functional experience with HR and Payroll technology.
Experience supporting (not just using) TechnologyOne, SnapHire, and / or ServiceNow; ideally experience with TechnologyOne Payroll / HR.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system integrations.
Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as AnalyticsPower BI or equivalent.
A "can-do" attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn, pivot quickly and deliver high-quality work.
