About the Role :

Their specialist Restructuring, Turnaround, and Insolvency team is dedicated to handling complex engagements with companies facing under‑performance, financial distress, or outright crisis. This strategic role will place you at the forefront of major restructuring and insolvency engagements, working alongside top‑tier specialists on some of New Zealand’s largest and most significant advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead restructuring, turnaround and insolvency assignments, including formal appointments.
• Partner with distressed organisations to deliver commercial, strategic, and financial advice.
• Conduct independent business reviews and build integrated financial forecast models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across transactions and forensic services.
• Mentor junior team members while managing client relationships and project timelines.
