This is a high-impact role that contributes directly to Americold's success, culture, and values.Strategic Sales LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives to attract new customers and grow existing relationships.Sales Targeting & PerformanceSet measurable sales goals, monitor performance, and apply data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.Client EnablementEnhance client satisfaction through tailored support, training, and long-term relationship building.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver cohesive and effective sales campaigns.Market Analysis & ReportingConduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.What Experience and Education You Need5–7 years' experience in business development within 3PL, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sectors.Proven success working with processors, wholesalers, brokers, and retailers.Tertiary qualifications in a related field; MBA highly desirable.Experience in international freight forwarding, import / export, and launching global sales initiatives.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
