Job descriptionEnsure compliance to Supplier Global Expectations Standards and manage an audit schedule for Suppliers according to risk assessment and required schedule Complete audit reports effectively, communicate major issues to suppliers and the wider business as required, and manage and resolve FSQ issues with Suppliers within the portfolio of responsibility Manage and resolve FSQ issues with External Manufacturers (EM's) in the portfolio of responsibility, and manage serious incidents and impact as they occur Liaise with other Kraft Heinz Supply Chain Quality teams in the Business Unit (BU) to ensure a coordinated and optimized supplier approval and management strategy Collaborate with site FSQ Leads and teams, and coordinate regular meetings to discuss ongoing issues with suppliers Ensure all Suppliers have been assessed against Supplier Platinum Rules and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders Implement and ensure the effectiveness of risk reduction and cost reduction programs Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz FSQ, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Ethical & Human Resource Policies, programs, and goals Have proven experience in a Food Safety Quality auditing position A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Bachelors degree in Food Science & Nutrition Have strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills Possess good communication skills with the ability to challenge and manage relationships cross functionally Be willing to travel in New Zealand domestically and to Australia as required Hold a valid New Zealand driver’s license.
