Reporting to the Safety & Sustainability Manager, this role as a Health & Safety Advisor is a key partner in supporting Vitaco’s mission to empower healthier lives. You’ll provide first‑line advice and hands‑on support for health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives - helping us build a proactive safety culture across the business.
You’ll manage physio referrals, injury support, and compliance activities, while driving continuous improvement through data insights and coaching. By working closely with leaders, team members, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Vitaco’s proactive safety culture and promoting wellbeing.
