Our Recruitment Team delivers best-practice, end-to-end recruitment and selection services for both clinical and non-clinical roles across our hospitals, rural facilities, and the West Coast. Building strong relationships is key'we are trusted advisors to our Hiring Managers.
You will be responsible for :
Building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
Designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Providing market insights and selection advice
Managing multiple roles across various services
Supporting workforce planning and resourcing
Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search for sourcing
Collaborating with your Recruitment Coordinator to ensure a fair and robust process
This is a6-month fixed-termposition, working Monday to Friday from the Canterbury Corporate Office.

Proven experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for systems and processes
Passion for delivering quality service and building relationships
Focus on solutions and continuous improvement
Health sector experience is desirable but not essential
