Our Recruitment Team delivers best-practice, end-to-end recruitment and selection services for both clinical and non-clinical roles across our hospitals, rural facilities, and the West Coast. Building strong relationships is key—we are trusted advisors to our Hiring Managers.

You will be responsible for :

• Building strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
• Designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Providing market insights and selection advice
• Managing multiple roles across various services
• Supporting workforce planning and resourcing
• Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search for sourcing
• Collaborating with your Recruitment Coordinator to ensure a fair and robust process

This is a 6-month fixed-term position, working Monday to Friday from the Canterbury Corporate Office.
