The Opportunity :

Reporting directly to the CEO, this Human Resource Business Partner role offers the chance to blend strategic HR leadership with commercial acumen in a thriving environment. You'll be instrumental in supporting their exciting growth trajectory while leveraging your extensive Human Resource management experience. This position provides the platform to develop and implement world-class Human Resource strategies that directly contribute to business performance and commercial objectives.

The Role :

  • Partner strategically with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board to develop and execute strategic plans, annual operating plans, and performance frameworks that drive commercial success
  • Provide expert guidance on best-practice business processes, policies, and systems that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage
  • Lead human resources strategy, including workforce planning, policy development, and legislative compliance to support scaling operations
  • Oversee IT systems administration, risk management, and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience
  • Cultivate and manage key stakeholder relationships that support business development and growth objectives
  • Champion the organisation's strategic direction both internally and externally, building alignment and support
  • Partner with the CEO to shape organisational culture and values that underpin sustainable growth and commercial performance

Your Profile :

  • Proven human resource experience with demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with a track record of translating vision into executable plans that deliver results
  • Collaborative leadership style with demonstrated ability to drive organisational objectives through effective teamwork
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams in growth environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to represent the organisation at senior levels
  • Proven capability in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive business value
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and Microsoft Office suite
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or related discipline
