The Role :
- Partner strategically with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board to develop and execute strategic plans, annual operating plans, and performance frameworks that drive commercial success
- Provide expert guidance on best-practice business processes, policies, and systems that enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage
- Lead human resources strategy, including workforce planning, policy development, and legislative compliance to support scaling operations
- Oversee IT systems administration, risk management, and business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience
- Cultivate and manage key stakeholder relationships that support business development and growth objectives
- Champion the organisation's strategic direction both internally and externally, building alignment and support
- Partner with the CEO to shape organisational culture and values that underpin sustainable growth and commercial performance
