Reporting to the Line Manager, you'll oversee a team of machine operators and coordinate resources to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) initiatives, ensuring compliance and promoting a "Safer Place Because of Me" culture.Deliver the production plan efficiently while maintaining high product quality and hygiene standards.Coach and develop team members, supporting performance, growth, and accountability.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and practices.Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and People & Culture teams to ensure timely resource coordination.Maintain compliance with audit and collective agreement requirements.45 hours per weekRoster includes 1 Sunday every 6 weeksTeam Leader(Night Shift : 10pm – 6.30am)About UsAtVitaco, we're dedicated to empowering healthier lives through world-class brands likeHealtheries,Nutra-Life,Musashi,Athena, andAussie Bodies.

Occupational Health & Safety experience in a production environment.Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Certificate-level trade or industry qualifications preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus.Financial acumen and ability to manage costs and resources effectively.Workflow planning and time management expertise.People leadership capabilities—mentoring, coaching, and team building.
