Occupational Health & Safety experience in a production environment.Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Certificate-level trade or industry qualifications preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus.Financial acumen and ability to manage costs and resources effectively.Workflow planning and time management expertise.People leadership capabilities—mentoring, coaching, and team building.
