Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive – Fragrance (Maternity Cover) to join our passionate Beauty & Wellness team based in Auckland on a 12-month contract.

About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Fragrance, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Fragrance Brand Team with a mix of administrative, commercial, and marketing responsibilities. You’ll help bring luxury brands to life through effective planning, sales reporting, campaign execution, and client engagement.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone with a genuine passion for beauty and fragrance, high attention to detail, and strong commercial instincts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day business support for fragrance brand portfolios, including reporting, pricing, and customer sell-in tools
• Coordinate new product launches, promotional activity, and merchandising updates
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales data to support business planning and S&OP
• Manage marketing activities and A&P budgets for selected brands
• Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing campaigns, retail activations, and events
• Be the main point of contact for assigned fragrance brands and contribute to business reviews and strategy meetings
