The candidate will be part of the PMO (Programme Management Office) team which supports the project delivery teams in the area of tracking of project performance and risk management, governance and resource planning.
The team also oversees and manages selected programme tracks and project delivery.Role & ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Tasks to support HSG / ASG Programme Management office (PMO)scheduling of meetingsbroadcasting of meeting agendaCollation of presentation material for timely dissemination before the meetingHelp to support the PMO secretariat team during the meetingManagement of Project Charter and Project Deliverables scheduleCreate Project Charter and validate the Project that is setup in SAP for the purpose of project execution, fund utilization and monitoringProvide user support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related queriesCollate and report project deliverables timelines on a monthly basis during programme steering committee in a timely mannerManagement of Project Utilization ReportWork closely with Project manager to report status of their project budget utilizationSupport Finance to resolve project charter discrepancy issues identified in their report and follow up promptly with Project manager on a periodic basis.
(usually quarterly)RequirementsBachelor Degree holder with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and Powerpoint and SharePointSAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantageExperience in managing more than 1 projects and programme at the same timeExperience in secretariat work including taking of minutesProcess orientated and meticulousEffective information-gathering through meeting facilitation and one-on-oneHands on and creative problem-solving skillsActive listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills
