Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Academic & Student Support at the MBA Programmes Office, the incumbent will provide curriculum and service support in delivering an excellent programme experience for the MBA students.
Duties and Responsibilities of the staff may include, but are not limited to :
Student Exchange
Manage the MBA student exchange programme.
Coordinate and administer student exchange matters.
Negotiate exchange numbers and placements with partner universities.
Manage the applications and nominations of inbound / outbound exchanges.
Work with Academic Director and Programme Management Head on the student selections and allocation of exchange placements.
Receive nominations from partners for inbound exchanges.
Coordinate & manage the hosting of short / summer exchange programmes.
Work with internal & external teams on exchange administrations.
Partnership Development and Management
Manage existing global partnerships with universities.
Identify and develop new partnerships aligned with the strategic direction of the program where needed.
Negotiate partnership agreements.
Management of MBA Double Degree Programmes
Provide support to students on the MBA double degree programmes.
Communicate and manage these students' curriculum and ensure they fulfil all graduation requirements.
Maintain communication with these students while they are doing their programme at the partner schools.
Correspond with partner schools when needed.
Work with related stakeholders on graduation matters for these students.
Student Services
Manage and administer students' exchange needs.
Organise and manage exchange briefings, orientations and exchange-related events.
Provide services and support for students on exchange.
Manage exchange students' course needs, enrolment and credit transfers.
Manage students' requests and feedback.
Initiate ideas to continuously improve students' programme experience.
Achieve a high satisfaction rate of students' programme experience.
Others
Coordinate & support the MBA programme orientation & commencement.
Manage students' fees and payment matters.
Involvement in process innovation and automation of the team.
Provide support for accreditations and reviews.
Provide support for school / programme events, which may be held on weekends and public holidays occasionally.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
At least 3-5 years of experience.
Able to work independently, pro-active, task-oriented and service-minded.
A fast learner, analytical, willing to learn, meticulous with good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
A team-player, willing to support inter-team / office activities.
Ability to develop good rapport with students, instructors, and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
