Short Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Anchor to lead and manage IT service delivery for our clients in New Zealand.
This role demands strong client engagement, delivery oversight, and strategic portfolio management to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Telco clients in New Zealand.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.
Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Portfolio & Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple engagements.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalations.
Strategic Planning & Growth
Work with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
Support pre-sales and solutioning for new opportunities.
Contribute to account planning and strategy development.
Governance & Reporting
Conduct regular governance meetings with clients and internal teams.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on portfolio performance, financials, and delivery metrics.
Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific standards.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in client-facing roles.
Proven experience managing Telco clients or similar large-scale enterprise portfolios.
Strong understanding of Agile and other delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Ability to travel within New Zealand as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Certifications in PMP or Agile methodologies.
Prior experience working in the New Zealand market or with ANZ clients.
