About the Role
This is a 6-month contract opportunity starting on 3rd November, leading a vital front-line admin and finance team of 8, within a busy healthcare environment.
You'll bring people together, support service excellence, and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a high-performing finance and administration team
Manage day to day operations, including reception and frontline services
Ensure compliance, quality, and service standards are maintained across all functions
Support operational efficiencies, cost control, and effective planning of resources
Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusive leadership.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in administration or finance within a service based environment
Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable leading performance discussions and managing workflows
Commitment to cultural awareness and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
Experience in healthcare or medical admin settings (advantageous)
