Contracts Procurement Specialist - Full & Part-Time Opportunities

Looking for your next contract procurement role to take you up to (and through) the summer break?

We have several procurement requirements (including part time) covering sourcing projects (for ICT & Corporate categories) and delivering updated procurement artefacts and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include :

• Supporting end-to-end procurement activities across indirect and / or direct categories & ICT
• Preparing RFx documentation and assisting with supplier evaluations
• Managing purchase orders, contracts and vendor onboarding processes
• Assisting with data analysis, market research and supplier performance monitoring
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Contributing to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects
