• As Principal Consultant Strategic Sourcing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition at NZTA. • We are seeking a proactive and strategic talent sourcing professional who thrives on building strong networks and connecting with exceptional candidates. To be successful in this role, you must have recent and demonstrable experience in talent sourcing—ideally within agency or in-house environments—using the latest sourcing tools, digital platforms, and market mapping techniques.
