Future Procurement Opportunity - WGC Brook Block ECI ContractorDetailsRFx ID : Tender Name : Future Procurement Opportunity - WGC Brook Block ECI Contractor - Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance ServicesCrown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) has been appointed as the Ministry of Education (MOE)'s delivery partner for Wellington Girls' College (WGC) Seismic Remediation Project.

The Delivery Agreement (DA) was signed between the MOE and CID in February 2025.

Under the DA, MOE is the Client and CID is the principal to all contracts.

The Business Case was approved in November 2024.This is an advanced notice for an up-coming procurement opportunity for the WGC Brook Block seismic remediation.

CID had undertaken procurement process for the design consultants and currently concluding this process.

Our intention is to undertake a two-stage procurement process to identify a suitably qualified contractor to provide pre-construction services.

We are planning to publish the ROI, the first step of the procurement in early next week and more details will be included in the ROI.
