About the role
Based in Onehunga, our Wholesale division (HVAC Hero) is looking for a Wholesale Business Development Coordinator to develop and grow HRV’s Wholesale business strategy by providing expert product advice and support to our customers.
This role will be responsible for driving, developing, reviewing, and maintaining a sustainable revenue pipeline using effective sales and relationship building techniques that connects customers with HRV products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, and sales campaigns.
- Generating sales leads.
- Ensuring that effective communication channels are used appropriately to reach new and existing customers.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and effectively solve business problems.
- Setting up new clients and customers – includes off site clients visits.
- Efficiently resolving customer queries and complaints
- Work with the logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on-time and in full.
- Answering inbound and outbound calls. Process customer calls into sales orders and quotes.
- Managing key accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive environment for customers.
- Assist with administrative duties, including tenders & contracts submissions.
- Ensure company processes and policies are maintained.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date Wholesale customer database.
Who are we looking for?
A Marketing and / or Sales qualification (preferred)Proven 3-5 years sales and customer service experience in a business-to-business environment.Intermediate to advanced capability in MS Office, Power Point and Excel.Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV or similar.Able to build a strong rapport with your customers, and internal stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service skillsExcellent problem-solving ability.Strong administration skillsA proactive and forward-thinking mind-set.Sound decision making skills.Strong ability to prioritise work and effectively manage time.What’s on Offer
