The Role

This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times and requires availability during these days.

As a Supervisor you will support the management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and KPI performance, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining visual standards so that the department is replenished at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Model exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.

Coach the team to deliver a service-over-task environment.

Drive conversion, sales and KPI performance.

Work with the BOH team to ensure product availability on the shop floor.

Uphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellence.

Support management in improving financial performance within your department.

Assist with new team member inductions and ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or a related industry.

Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.

Positive attitude and ability to create a motivating environment for your team.

Excellent time-management skills to execute daily priorities in a timely manner.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrive in social situations and engage with customers and team members.
