This is a great opportunity for someone with a great customer centric background to progress your career and be part of a global organisation.An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our established team based at our Albany plant.Duties include : Responding to customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely updates on order status.Supporting our Account Managers and inbound Customers by preparing quotes, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal departments to find effective solutions.Work closely with the Customer Services team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.About youYou will have experience in the Print / Label manufacturing industry (Customer Service experience would be advantageous)Can demonstrate an impeccable phone manner and ability to establish & maintain positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail oriented and process driven.Ability to work under pressure and multitaskDemonstrates a high level of initiative and self-motivationYou'll need to be technically minded — this is a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment where attention to detail, process understanding, and the ability to follow production logic are key.The benefitsCompetitive remunerationFree onsite parkingLocal & global career opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP), a free confidential support serviceEmployee referral program, our employees are rewarded for helping us find great talent!
