HR Manager
About the role
As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience for over 420 staff around the lower North Island.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead the implementation of a new HRIS, support managers with expert HR advice and develop initiatives that enhance engagement, performance and culture.
Key responsibilities
Leading HR strategy and compliance for TMVT and its subsidiaries.
Overseeing HRIS implementation and optimisation.
Contribution to Board papers and meetings.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
Advising managers on employment relations and HR best practice.
Developing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
What you'll bring
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
Proven HR leadership experience in organisations with 200+ staff.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR systems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to lead change.
