This role reports directly to the Deputy Chief Executive People & Capability and is a key member of MSD's senior leadership, working in close partnership with the Chief Executive and Leadership Team.
As Group General Manager – People, you will play a critical role as MSD's senior advisor on people, culture, and workforce transformation.
You will lead a valued People function spanning the full breadth of workforce, culture, and capability.
Your leadership will ensure that MSD's People Strategy is delivered, aligned with MSD's Services for the Future, and contributes to strengthening capability across the wider public service.
What You'll Bring | Ou pumanawatanga Senior leadership experience in large, complex organisations.A track record of shaping and implementing workforce strategy and enabling cultural change.Proven ability to influence at Chief Executive and senior leadership level.Deep understanding of frontline service delivery and the importance of people experience.Commitment to embedding Te Ao Maori perspectives and approaches in people practices.A collaborative, future-focused mindset with people at the centre.Eligibility for NZ Government Secret security clearance.
