The Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Analyst who’s comfortable diving into spreadsheets, cleaning and transforming data, and turning information into clear, actionable insights.

This is a part-time role for around 20 hours per week spread over 5 weekday mornings with a potential requirement to be in the CBD one morning per week with the rest working remotely. It would suit someone that is detail‑oriented, analytical, and confident using Excel and Power Query, with SQL and Power BI experience a strong advantage.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Using Excel and Power Query to clean, transform, and model large data sets
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and performance reports
• Conducting regular data integrity checks and reconciliations
• Creating and maintaining automated reports to track KPIs and business trends
• Partnering with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights
• Documenting processes and ensuring repeatable, reliable data workflows
