Want to drive continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration for project delivery & analysis at Bluecurrent? We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated BA Lead to champion best practice BA & PMO capabilities, teamwork and drive positive change across our IT and business project portfolios.
In this dynamic role, you will bring your expertise in business analysis capability with ownership of PMO processes, ensuring for efficiency, transparency and alignment with Bluecurrent’s strategic goals.

What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 7 years’ business analysis lead experience with the ability to design and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and playbooks. You will also have a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
As the BA Lead, you will ideally bring previous leadership (not essential but preferred) or mentoring experience with a focus on promoting an environment that supports continuous learning and professional development for the team.
