About the team and role
The role of the Business Analyst is to prioritise, verify and communicate the requirements of work requests including incidents, bugs and tech improvements that come through to Manage Sales to improve the customer experience or security standards / compliance of the product. You will work with engineering pods, product managers, our customer experience team and other internal teams / external teams to ensure that these work requests are appropriately triaged, scoped and prioritised.
This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity.
