What You'll Be Doing
- Due to change within the team, we have a great role for a Digital Business Analyst, reporting into the Digital Delivery Lead, where you will bring your proven experience and play a key role in the delivery of our digital initiatives. Be prepared to think on your feet and offer your expertise to build a road map. You will get involved with exciting initiatives for our company and your day to day will be filled with :
- Requirements elicitation and analysis
- Working in both business and technical domains to draw requirements and potential solutions
- Creating succinct and well-rounded user stories
- Providing digital SME expertise to digital change programs, digital projects, and other significant digital transformations
- Evaluating competitor self-service channels and digital platforms
- Providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve digital platform
- Building strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues and other key stakeholders
- Utilise Lean and Agile methodologies in your work
A Bit About You
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to engage with stakeholders of all levels to align their requirements. Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and your inquisitive nature will be key as you undertake digital requirements research, investigation, analysis and supporting solution design and development.

3 years proven experience in roles requiring business analysis or stakeholder managementProject experience in a BA or SME capacityAbility to work autonomouslyTolerance with navigating change and decision makingAn analytical mind and a keen eye for detailAbility to challenge the status quoExperience with process analysis and improvementWeb development space desirableExperience in finance services sector is desirableA desire to be a digital platform or self-service guru for AAIWhy you\'ll love working with us
