As our HR / HCM Transformation Solution Lead / SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect you’ll drive the design and implementation of innovative HR solutions and implementations. This role will be leading HR transformation projects and implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on the Hire to Retire capability and will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

This hybrid position is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.
