Our client is a large government organisation responsible for delivering key public services, including transportation systems, waste disposal, water management, and community amenities like parks and sports facilities.

Role : As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting diverse and complex business systems with both SaaS and on-premise technology components. Your role will also include managing vendor relationships and documentation.

Key Requirements :

• Experience in vendor and contract management, with familiarity in ReadyTech apps as a bonus.
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
• In-depth understanding of SAP tech stack and SaaS applications.
• Experience collaborating across ARTs and participating in ART ceremonies.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior staff.
• 10+ years of experience working in a technology environment within an enterprise.
• 5+ years in a senior position focused on technology engineering.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting complex business systems, both SaaS and on-premise.
• 3+ years working in a true Agile environment, preferably using SAFe.
• Advanced stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
