Business Analyst - Contract

Randstad New Zealand is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6‑month contract focused on enhancing customer experience and content platforms for a high‑profile brand.

Role Details

Position : Business Analyst (Experience & Content Team)
Core Focus : Defining requirements for digital customer journeys, content management, personalisation features, and front‑end user experience (UX).
Industry Expertise : Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), e‑commerce platforms, or marketing technology (MarTech) projects.
Technical Stack : Agile framework, requirements elicitation, user story writing, process mapping.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements from Marketing, Product, and UX teams regarding content authoring, display, and site navigation.

Develop user stories and acceptance criteria focused on optimising content delivery and customer journey flow.

Document the “as‑is” and “to‑be” state of content and experience features.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure the final product meets intended user experience goals.

What’s On Offer

Contract Duration : Initial 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension.

Remuneration : Competitive contract rates.

Location : Auckland, NZ – Hybrid role (2‑3 days in office, remainder WFH).
