You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to deliver connected and unified experiences acrosslending platforms.As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analysing business requirements for thelendingprogramme. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and documentrequirements, identifyopportunities for improvement, and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the needs of the business and our customers.You will be responsible fortoolsadvise the business while engaging with your team to deliver on these solutions. planning, coordinating and implementing change according to agreed standards and business analysis processes, and artefacts. This includes your ability to interpret technical information and We sat down with our Platform Owner - Lending (Who you'll report to), and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).Answering questions or issues that the business may have which meets all SLA requirements. - Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders and the platform team to capture and document business needs for shared understanding. - Their efforts will result in a seamless and improvedexperience forbothcolleagues andcustomers,enabling simplerlendingprocesses and more consistentinteractions across channels. What specific skills This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a proventrack recordsupporting IT projects through structured analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and clear documentation. You will also bring experience : - Gathering and refining business and technical requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirementsin New Zealand banking sector, including credit, affordability, responsible lending, and risk management. What attributes will this person displayin order to Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
