We are seeking a Business Analyst for an exciting 6-month contract focused on enhancing customer Experience and Content platforms for a high-profile brand. This role is crucial for bridging marketing / product strategy with technical execution on consumer websites and apps.

Role Details

• Position : Business Analyst (Experience & Content Team)
• Core Focus : Defining requirements for digital customer journeys, content management, personalisation features, and front‑end user experience (UX).
• Industry Expertise : Proven experience working on Content Management Systems (CMS), e‑commerce platforms, or marketing technology (MarTech) projects.
• Technical Stack : Strong ability to work within an Agile framework, highly skilled in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and process mapping.
