About the role :
Clean, transform, and organize data from multiple sources.
Support data validation, quality assurance, and error-checking processes.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Assist in preparing data-driven insights and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and ad-hoc data requests.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related disciplines (fresh graduates are welcome).
Proficient in Excel with a solid foundation in SQL.
Familiar with data tools such as Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in both English and Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications :
Internship or project experience in data analysis.
Prior experience in a corporate or business environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
