Responsibilities

• Bring a solid analytical mindset, interpret complex data, create requirements documentation and advanced Excel skills.
• Involved in testing, data migration and rolling out a cutting‑edge technology platform to clients nationwide.
• Provide member training and support.
• Work closely with Underwriters, software providers and other strategic partners.
• Part of a team evaluating business processes, identifying improvements and implementing solutions.
