They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.ResponsibilitiesManage and execute media campaigns from start to finish, in collaboration with the Business Director and internal teams.Maintain quality control of media campaigns and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals.Collaborate with internal specialist teams, media owners, and external agency partners to deliver client work.Manage junior to mid-level client relationships, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly in line with agency client service expectations.Participate in planning of campaigns and, at times, purchase media campaigns across TV and digital channels.Support the Digital Director and Performance team with a solid offline understanding of media and digital media knowledge as required.QualificationsAt least 2-3 years of relevant media and client management experience.Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance.Conversant with the role of each channel and able to provide justification / rationale.Strong time and project management skills with good adherence to deadlines.Good client-facing communication and presentation skills.About the role / BenefitsThe agency prides itself on challenging mediocrity and delivering award-winning, best-in-market work, with a positive, energetic, and collaborative working environment.
