Beyond Radiology is proudly New Zealand owned and Clinician led. Our team of exceptional healthcare providers are driven to provide excellence in patient care by focusing on patient experience and using state of the art imaging technology.

We are now seeking a Practice Care Co-ordinator (PCC) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. As our PCC, you will be responsible for all aspects relating to the patient journey, including welcoming patients to our practice, invoicing, administrative support and providing excellent patient care. There is also a strong emphasis on co-ordinating bookings to ensure that appointments and enquiries are managed within our agreed timeframes.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week (rostered shifts) across Monday to Friday.

Whilst this position will initially be located in our busy Grafton Practice, the role will move to our new East Tamaki Practice, due to open Early 2026. Longer term you will be East Tamaki based however we envisage this role supporting both Practices with potential for shifts across both sites to assist with business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with a genuine and warm interpersonal approach
  • To be reliable, organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to follow processes and remain calm under pressure
  • To be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • To be a champion of our core values of Dignity and Respect, Compassion, Collaboration, Trust, Innovation, Professionalism, Excellence.
  • To be comfortable working across two locations (in the near future) on an ongoing basis
  • Knowledge and experience with radiology vendor contracts (desirable)
  • COMRAD, InteleRad, PACS and / or radiology specific software platforms knowledge (desirable).
